Fairings WITH Audio are excluded from one-day processing as they are built-to-order and times vary depending on the time of year. Contact us for current production time.

FEDEX, UPS,AND USPS
We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for small-package deliveries. The choice of when we use each carrier is solely at our discretion. All small package orders are filled and shipped from Greenville, SC 29609.
UPS, FedEx, and USPSdelivery times vary in most casesfrom 1–5 business days. To determine time-in-transit for your item(s), visit the appropriate carrier’s website and use “29609” as the shipper’s zip code.
Delivery
Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Notify the package carrier and us immediately; we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records. Be aware that the carrier will make a final determination.
PICK-UP
All products are prepared to order at our distribution center in Greenville, SC. This is a working warehouse—not a retail location. So,pick-ups are available Monday through Friday by appointment only and within limited hours.If after making your purchaseyou want to pick it up, simply contact us to schedule an appointment.

Greenville, SC - Pack a picnic and meet us at the cool Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Upstate South Carolina! In Greenville, purchases are available for pick-up within limited hours five days a week.
CANCELATION POLICIES
NOTE:There are two separate cancellation policies for our products: Fairings WITH Audio and All Other Products.
Fairings WITH Audio
Fairings WITH Audio are subject to the below cancellation policy guidelines:
- After 24 hours, your order cannot be changed.
- ALL cancellations will incur a 15% cancellation charge.
All Other Products
If an order is canceled before shipping, you may incur a cancellation fee of up to 3%at our discretion.
We accept cancellations until the time the shipment information has been transmitted to the carrier. A cancellation request must be sent via email to info@towblazer.com and received before shipment information is transmitted to the carrier. Orders will be deemed to have been tendered to the carrier at the time shipment information is transmitted.
Once an order has been tendered to the carrier, the customer will be responsible for freight charges incurred to ship and return any order cancelled thereafter.
