Shipping & Cancellation Policy

NOTE: There are two separate shipping & cancellation policies for our products. (1) Fairings "with" Audio & (2) Fairings "without" Audio

(1) Fairings "with" Audio


Off Season:
Fairings ship out within 7-14 working days. 

Peak Season:

Shipping times vary and can take 2-4 weeks. Please reach out to us for current shipping times.


  • After 24 hours, your order cannot be changed. 
  • ALL cancellation will incur a 15% cancellation charge.
  • There is a 14 day return policy on unused merchandise. Product must be returned unused and in new sellable condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • There will also be a 15% restocking fee on all goods returned for any reason.
  • All returns must be issued an RA#. All items returned without an RA number will be rejected upon arrival to our facility.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection for damage before refunding


(2) Fairings "without" Audio

UPS and USPS shipments are processed within 1 business day of receipt of payment. All other shipments are processed within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Please note that free shipping, if applicable, applies only to points within the contiguous US. 


All United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) orders are filled and shipped from Greenville, SC 29609USPS orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and will arrive within three (3) business days.

However, UPS delivery times vary between 1- 5 business days. To determine your item(s) time in transit, please click here and enter "29609" (Our Shipping Zip Code)From there please view the map displayed for your locations transit time. For an example of this process click here. 



Please inspect all packages upon delivery. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Notify the carrier and immediately and we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records. Note that the carrier will make a final determination.

In addition to the return policy all items sold by do carry a warranty. Warranties vary by product. Should you find the need for assistance with a defective item then please feel free to contact us so that we may honor this warranty.
