I purchased a fairing for my 2016 Kawasaki 900 classic. It arrived very quick with in good condition. When I tried to attached the fairing I noticed the pre-drilled wholes in the inner fairing were not drilled/a lined properly. The space between the brackets was 15" not the 14 1\2" as stated in the instructions. I contacted the company to see what could be done including pics and videos. I was given a choice to try to modify myself using shims to widen the gap between the fairing and the OEM bracket or return for refund. I asked of I had to pay shipping and if I had to pay the 15% restocking fee as per company policy but didn't receive a response to to question. So I didn't want to take a change with losses that amount of $$$. I would have hoped for a better response from a customer support person..the good news is I did have to drill out different who!e to alpine the brackets properly and purchased some nylon washers to correct the problem. It worked! But I was not happy that I had to modify the fairing myself or that I wasn't offended a small refund for my troubles. The fairing is secure and looks great on my bike.
